Inspection of Goods
We really hope that you are delighted with your purchase and we make every effort to ensure that all items arrive in excellent condition. We therefore ask that you always inspect your goods upon arrival and check that your order is complete and undamaged.
Accuracy of Content
We do endeavour to ensure that the product images displayed on our website are a true representation of the item. However, due to photographic processes slight variations in colour may occur. Also, all sizes displayed with our products are approximate. When placing your order, you do so knowing and accepting this fact.
Please be aware that should you for any reason wish to cancel your order this must be done prior to receiving your dispatch email as once items have been posted any return will be at your own expense.
In the unlikely event that you should wish to return your purchase to us, simply do so within 14 days of receipt. It must be unused, undamaged and secured in its original packaging together with your name, address and contact details. Unfortunately you will be responsible for the return postage and please ALWAYS obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
On the rare occasion you should find any item to be faulty or damaged we would ask that you notify us by email, within 7 days of receipt, at which point we can discuss the options regarding an exchange or refund and you will be advised on how to return your purchase. Please do not just return your item.

Unfortunately if you live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly or Northern Ireland additional postage charges apply. Please therefore contact us before placing your order.
Our parcels will be delivered either by Royal Mail or our selected Couriers and should arrive within 1-5 working days. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay due to conditions out of our control, including industrial action and adverse weather conditions.
All parcels delivered by our Couriers are tracked and may require a signature. Should you be unavailable at the delivery address, you will be left a card with full instructions on how to arrange re delivery of your items. Please read the card carefully as should any package be returned to us we would require further postage costs for re dispatch.
We thank you for placing an order with us and are really glad you love our stuff. You should have by now received an email confirming the items you have purchased, together with the individual prices and delivery cost. Please check that all details, including the address are correct and contact us immediately, either by telephone or email should you find any mistakes. As we are sure that you can’t wait to receive your goods we make every effort to dispatch your items the same day your order is placed (this excludes weekends and bank holidays, where items are posted next working day). So providing that full payment has been received by Kate and Willis Interiors you should receive your order in next to no time. To keep you up to date with your delivery an email confirming your parcel is on its’ way will be issued as soon as it is dispatched.
Our website is updated regularly so all items, unless otherwise stated should be kept in stock. However, there may be rare occasions when an item is unavailable and in these circumstances you will be informed via email.
As we have such a passion for vintage and shabby chic, we take that little extra effort to package your goods so that they arrive in tip top condition. We also have a very green attitude to our packaging and use recycled materials wherever possible, so the external packaging may not look so neat and tidy and may also look a little shabby!!
